You place your order for any selected items by clicking on the [Confirm Order] button at the end of the on-line order process. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order that will be debited from your payment card. Please note that while the website lists only available products, there may be occasions due to circumstances beyond Rastal’s control, where the product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to you or an immediate refund of any unavailable goods made. Rastal may not accept your order if:
1) An item you have ordered is out of stock.
2) We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
At the Rastal website your card will be charged in UAE Dirhams or US Dollars based on your selection. Rastal offers its customers the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) system, which means that you will be charged for the items purchased plus shipping cost and any import duty and tax liable as part of your order.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order from the Rastal website. You confirm that the payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the payment card to use it. All payment cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, Rastal will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway, which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All reasonable care, as it is in Rastal’s power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Rastal retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Products will immediately revert to Rastal, if payment is refunded to you. Risk on the Products will pass to you upon delivery.
